What I do
My goal is to better the world by improving the way users interact with digital products. I conduct user research to evaluate a problem, create user journey maps to help expose user pain points, and develop wireframes and prototypes to test with users.
How I work
I approach every problem from a human-centered perspective—encountering a user's problem on a functional and emotional level. I'm experienced in using a variety of design methodologies, with Design Thinking as my core approach.
